Inspiring God's children to answer God's call and commit to it because it is our driving force. We believe in the people, that they have potential and love for God.

Establishing

We are thriving to bring people to spiritual maturity, giving them a sense of belonging. We want to see strong Christians growing in their character and building relationships.

Equipping

To give Christians training and teachings to help them develop their leadership skills and spiritual gifts.

Evangelism

Our mission is the Jesus mission world evangelism, going to the inner cities of the world and reaching the out-cast.

The vision for Victory Outreach East Las Vegas emerged out of a deep desire to see lives transformed. The mission is to create a church in the heart of our city that would be a home to all ages and represent the diversity of our beautiful community.

Our lead pastors, Mando and Janine Garcia, have a heart to reach our city and beyond with the life-transforming message of Jesus. They believe in the next generation and value the wisdom and guidance of those that have gone before us.
