In 2007 God put a burden in the hearts of Pastor Mando and Janine to pioneer a church in the city of Las Vegas.
Leaving the mother church of Victory Outreach Chino and starting a church in their living room with just 4 people.
Fast forward to today, Victory Outreach East Las Vegas is a Congregation of over 600.
Families from the entire valley gather weekly to encounter life changing moments in the church. VOEASTLV is a multicultural congregation.

NEXTGEN - KIDZ →
NextGen is the Children’s ministry of Victory Outreach East Las Vegas.
We offer a fun and exciting way to worship, learn God’s word, and create a family atmosphere. We also offer a one year bible plan, so by the end of the year your child will know God’s word from Genesis-Revelations. They will also participate in musical and dramatic productions throughout the year in which the entire family can be involved.

We believe that God can raise up young people now! We have 3 specified age groups to help this generation navigate through the faith challenges of today. We offer a wide variety of ministry opportunities for this generation to serve God and make a difference in their generation.
